Inyungu yo kunywa amazi neza n’uburyo wabigira umuco

Amazi ni ishingiro ry’ubuzima. Kuyanywa ntibigora, ntibiteza impagarara, ariko akora ibitangaza mu mikorere ya buri munsi y’umubiri.
